Documentary Day

To help students with making movies, asking questions and presenting information through a documentary we held a "Documentay Making Day" with Inness Kennard.

Making a TV show day

We were luck to have over 30 students and 7 teachers attend a "Making a TV show "day. Students from Marina View spent the day helping us understand adobe Communicator and Adobe Premier Elements. Most of us knew alot but needed to have help with the finner points. It was a fantastic day.

TV Show Development

This year we have worked with our literacy programme at Cambridge East and Arohena to develop our own TV shows. This has allowed us to incorporate all af the Key Competencies and literacy learning areas. We would like to share with you a few snipits of our journey. We do not have a studio but enthusastic teachers and students... ones that have specialised in problem solving. We thank Marina Bay School for their on going support.

Learning Languages

This year we have had the opportunity to be involved with 3-4 schools during the year to learn French. This has been taken by one of the teachers at Cambridge East. Next year we are looking at offering Spanish. Adobe Connct has been used along side an audio conference phone to ensure good audio quality.
